Welcome to the Nordic region’s biggest and most visited exhibition for buying properties abroad. Fair Media International has arranged real estate exhibitions in the Nordic region for buying properties abroad for 15 years now.
There are signs that the economy is on its way up and that this is the time to buy. The stock market has gone up, the interest rate is at an all time low and the prices for real estate have gone down in many countries around the world. The exhibition held in autumn 2017 was very successful. All visitors had in common that they want to fulfill their dreams of owning a property abroad. As the public gets more and more knowledgeable and informed on the subject this step is easier to take. The exhibitors were very pleased with the organization and with the present economic situation in Finland expectations were created that the exhibition this coming autumn will be as good.
The next exhibition in Helsinki is held at Messukeskus, the biggest exhibition centre in Helsinki.
This is a market place for exhibitors from around the world who wants to market their properties to qualified buyers. Our exhibitors at the fairs come from around 10 different countries and are made up by agents, brokers and builders as well as other companies that work closely to the business.
We arrange different seminars that are free to the public. In the folder for the exhibition is given information about these and who is responsible for each seminar. Normally we arrange seminar about the most popular countries at the moment but also about tax consequences when buying a property abroad, pension abroad and mortgages possibilities when buying your property. Visit the main page for the exhibition for the seminar program.
In the cafeteria we serve food and drinks.
Opening hours: Saturday and Sunday 10.00 – 16.30. Free entrance.
Folder: Each visitor receives a folder at the entrance in which it is clearly stated where each exhibitor has their stand and in what country they sell properties.

Fair Media International AB warns companies for Expo Guide and Fair Guide.com!
Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com/Construct Data Verlag regularly publicize their services to exhibitors at events, primarily in Europe. Both companies use a misleading form, which resembles an organizers’ Free Catalogue Listing Service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Doing so contracts the purchaser into the three-year, non-retractable agreement. Non-payment is then followed by aggressive debt collecting by Premium Recovery.
Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com/Construct Data Verlag have no connection with exhibition organizers or any of their events but they deliberately target exhibitors who are about to exhibit across Europe.
