FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS FAIR MEDIA INTERNATIONAL HAS BEEN ORGANISING EXHIBITIONS IN THE NORDIC COUNTRIES, FOR BUYING PROPERTIES ABROAD

The exhibitions are a market place for exhibitors from the whole world who want to get in contact with qualified buyers. Our exhibitors come from around 15 different countries and are made up by agents and constructors plus other companies related to the business.

We arrange different seminars that are all free for the public. Normally they treat different popular destinations where Scandinavians buy properties but also specific seminars about tax consequences when buying a property abroad, pension abroad and possibilities for mortgages. It all started with the company Spain Media in 2003 and we organized our first exhibition in the World Trade Centre, WTC, in Stockholm in October 2003 with 14 exhibitors which attracted 1.500 visitors. The company expanded into Norway the following year, where they organized a fair in Oslo called ”Viva España”. A decision was then made to invite exhibitors selling properties on the international market to the exhibitions in Stockholm and Oslo, hence also the name change of the company, to Fair Media International AB. From there we expanded to Gothenburg, Malmoe, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Arhus, Reykjavik, Orebro and Linkoping.

The interest among professionals in the international property market grew rapidly. Fair Media International therefore invited exhibitors from all over the world to participate in the autumn exhibition of 2004, now under the name of “Buying Properties Abroad”.

Opening hours: Saturday 10.00/10.30 – 17.00 and Sunday between 10.00/10.30 – 16.00

Restaurant: In the restaurant/cafeteria we serve food as well as sandwiches and drinks.
