New Venue – Same Dream
This year, we’re moving the fair from the traditional exhibition hall to a more pleasant and inspiring setting – the congress floor of Elite Park Aveny Hotel right on Avenyn in Gothenburg. Here, you’ll meet around 40 exhibitors presenting properties from various parts of the world, as well as services that help ensure a safe and successful purchase.

The Timing Is Right
The Swedish krona has strengthened significantly – by about 5 percent against the euro, 10 percent against the Thai baht, and 15 percent against the US dollar. At the same time, both interest rates and inflation are back to normal levels. In short – it’s a great time to make the dream of a home in the sun come true. Life is short, and it’s meant to be lived.

Throughout the weekend, we offer a packed program of free seminars that guide you through the entire buying process. Topics include:

• How to buy property in different countries
• Taxes, legal matters, and retirement abroad
• Special seminars for families with children – e.g. schooling in other countries
