The following terms apply to all agreements between Fair Media International AB (reg. no. 556656-2053) and the customer.

General

Fair Media organises fairs and sells tickets to these events via the website fairmedia.se. Tickets are digital and are sent to the customer immediately after purchase.

Purchase

Your purchase is completed when payment for your order has been registered by fairmedia.se and the funds have been withdrawn from your account, which occurs immediately at the time of purchase. A receipt will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. Orders can normally not be changed or cancelled after they have been placed.

Ticket Validity

A ticket is valid for entry to the specific fair and date stated at the time of purchase. The ticket grants access to the exhibition area and all open seminars held on that date, unless otherwise stated.

Price

All purchases on fairmedia.se are made in SEK (Swedish Krona) or DKK (Danish Krona). All prices include 25% VAT.

Payment

We offer a payment solution that works equally well for purchases in a physical store or online, allowing retailers to gather data from both sales channels and providing customers with a secure payment process. When purchasing on fairmedia.se, payment is made by card. Funds are withdrawn from your account immediately upon purchase.

Delivery

Ordered tickets are delivered immediately after an approved purchase to the email address provided at the time of order.

Returns

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. For returns, please contact biljett@fairmedia.se. Returns can be made up to and including the day before the fair starts.

No right of claim applies to this purchase.

Force Majeure

Fair Media is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics (including Covid-19), government decisions or similar events. In the event that a fair is cancelled due to force majeure, Fair Media may offer a replacement ticket for a future event or a refund in accordance with the policy in effect at the time.

Tax

All products are subject to 25% VAT, which is included in the prices stated on our website.

Storage of Personal Data

By registering, you consent to Fair Media storing and using your personal data in order to fulfil our obligations to you. We will not disclose your information to third parties. Fair Media complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is the EU’s data protection regulation.

Errors / Price Changes

We reserve the right for typographical errors and price changes that may occur despite continuous updates on fairmedia.se.

Disputes

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and the legal relationships arising therefrom shall be settled by a general court.

Swedish law shall apply to the dispute.
