Throughout the weekend, enjoy a comprehensive programme of free seminars designed to guide you through every stage of the buying process.

• Living in cities such as Barcelona and other popular destinations

A meeting place for serious buyers
The exhibition is a dedicated marketplace for qualified property buyers. Meet real estate agents, property developers, construction companies and other specialists in overseas property, all ready to answer your questions and present genuine opportunities.

Golf simulator
Visit the Sunbirdies golf simulator to warm up your swing, test different golf clubs and receive guidance from a PGA instructor. You can also explore golf properties presented by our exhibitors, including homes available for both purchase and rental.

Food court
Take a break in our food court and enjoy a meal, a coffee or a glass of wine. This year’s theme is “A Taste of Southern Europe.”

Our Kids Corner offers supervised childcare, allowing you to attend seminars and speak with exhibitors while your children are looked after.
