Throughout the weekend, we offer a packed programme of free seminars to guide you through the entire buying process. Topics include buying property in different countries, taxes, legal matters, retiring abroad, schooling abroad, and living in cities such as Barcelona.
Practise your swing and try out golf clubs in the Sunbirdie golf simulator, with a PGA instructor on hand. You can also explore the exhibitors’ golf properties, including rental options.
Our food court offers a place to sit down for a meal, a coffee, or a glass of wine, with the theme “A Taste of Southern Europe”. The Kids Corner offers childcare, so you can enjoy the seminars and speak with exhibitors while your children are looked after.

A meeting place for serious buyers
The exhibition is a dedicated marketplace for qualified property buyers. Meet real estate agents, property developers, construction companies and other specialists in overseas property, all ready to answer your questions and present genuine opportunities.
Golf simulator
Visit the Sunbirdies golf simulator to warm up your swing, test different golf clubs and receive guidance from a PGA instructor. You can also explore golf properties presented by our exhibitors, including homes available for both purchase and rental.
Food court
Take a break in our food court and enjoy a meal, a coffee or a glass of wine. This year’s theme is “A Taste of Southern Europe.”
Our Kids Corner offers supervised childcare, allowing you to attend seminars and speak with exhibitors while your children are looked after.
